UAP Inc., a Canadian leader in the distribution and merchandising of automobile (NAPA Auto Parts) and heavy vehicle parts (Traction), is presently looking for a Coordinator, Talent Acquisition to assist our Ontario and Atlantic Regions.
Reporting to the Director, Staffing and Workforce Planning, you will be responsible for proactively attracting, recruiting and integrating qualified individuals for positions in the NAPA Auto Parts and Traction Heavy-Duty Parts corporate stores, as well as professional and administrative support positions within our Distribution Centres/Regional Offices . You will also provide support and remote training to our hiring managers. You will participate in the deployment of Human Resources programs, and will ensure their application in the field. You will stay abreast of potential HR issues and inform the Regional HR Manager when required.
You will be centralized out of West Greater Toronto Area. Ocassionally, business travel will be required excluding out-of-province travel.
Our new team member will have a Bachelor Degree or Management Certificate in Human Resources coupled with three (3) years experience as a recruiter and two (2) years in a generalist role. You demonstrate very good communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
You must also have solid judgment and initiative.
